"I found Shannon to be helpful and she helped lower my home insurance bill initially when we first had our policy. However, our auto insurance went up significantly because of a few minor incidents, most of which were either hail or people rear-ending us--no huge claims. We switched to Geico to save money, and then our house insurance rate (no claims) went up 25% so I switched that to Liberty Mutual. Then, Geico raised their rates (for no reason, no claims) by 15%, so then went i went back to State Farm, and they lowered their rates, so i'm with them again for house and auto. Go figure. I guess the point is keep moving your business around to keep them honest."
